News:

• Former E-Team Member Leslie: Do you remember Leslie who used to work with us for many years in the mountains? Great news, she is getting married next month! If you would like a Venmo account information to send her a wedding gift, please email me at gatorpate2@gmail.com and I will give details.
• Bible Clubs:
• Coastal Bible Clubs: The Bible clubs are growing and children continue to memorize God's word, over 65% memorize a weekly Bible verse.
• Youth Bible Club: We had a team bring down a couple from Honduras. He spoke to the youth and many of them prayed to receive Christ. We look forward to descipling them now.
• Mountain Bible Clubs: We will be visiting the mountain Bible clubs the beginning of next month to restock and encourage the leaders.
• Agriculture Program: Jeannie and Dena will be heading to Rio Blanco with Polivio to perform health checks and deliver backpacks to the little school.
• Tuesday Community Evangelistic Outreach: The last week of June we had 362 people in the outreach. Many came to show their joy with the community approving the land transfer.

Big News:

• Medical Clinic: The medical clinic continues to be a blessing to the community. This last month, we sent 12 people to the hospital with critical blood pressure and glucose levels, plus other conditions. It's another way to show the love of Christ in a tangible way while sharing the Gospel and praying with each client.
• Short Term Mission Teams: We are in the middle of short term mission teams from the States. They have been such a blessing to our communities, the ministry, Gary and I, and the E-team.
• Christian Surfers Association: Andrés is working with the Ecuador chapter of the Christian Surfers, helping with events and sharing the Gospel. Gary, at their request, has joined their governing board. Just another way to share the Gospel.  CSA’s mission quote: “That every surfer and every surfing community has opportunity to know and follow Jesus.”

Bigger News:

• Property: God has heard our cry and answered our prayer! The community voted to give us a land transfer to the ministry so that we could build a new ministry center a crossed the street from our current location that we lease. Glory to God for this miricle.

Special Testimony: Meet Miguel Ángel: An inspiring testimony from Andriena (E-Team Member). “I love Miguel's enthusiasm in learning Bible Verses. He used to be a kid that when he got to the club, didn't know his bible verse. He also used to cry a lot because he wanted to win the prizes even though he didn't know the Bible verses, but as time went by, every time we arrived at the club, while the other children were playing, I used to sit with Miguel Ángel to help him memorize the bible verse (I am sure some else from the e-team also used to help him). He began to feel happy because he realized he was able to memorize the verses and win a prize; but one day he started showing up at clubs already knowing the Bible verse. Now, he comes to the club every Monday, saying, or telling us all, "I already know the verse," and he begins to say it; and that's very exciting for me. And he's not the only testimony like that. There are some other kids at the clubs who used to be like Miguel Ángel (used to cry), but now they are able to memorize their bible verse and are happy about it. Miguel Angel's transformation is truly inspiring! Special Prayer Request:

• Pray for the land transfer to be completed soon so we can begin the construction.
• Pray for Rebeca, our former E-team member as she will be leaving for the States soon to get married and that all of the transition will go smoothly.
• Pray for God to soften the hearts of the Montañita people to receive His Gospel.
• Pray for the national house church leaders who continue the mountain Bible clubs.
• Financial Support: Please pray that Christ will continue to provide for the ministry's financial needs for the mountains and the Coast.
